Surprising Bali Police

You know, when I still lived in Amsterdam, I was a frequent visitor of the coffeeshops there, I simply loved smoking the strong dutch dope. I miss it here in Bali. In my first period in Bali I continued the (daily) habit, but since it took more an more effort to get it, I stopped.

Dewi (my wife) now goes to law school, and she is in class with a lot of police. The other day she came home and told me that one of her classmates knew all about my previous behaviour, and to my surprise in detail too. Dewi asked “How about now?”, and the answer was, “Since he married you he has not been using it anymore”.

They had loose plans to pick me up in the first period of my stay in Bali, Dewi told me.

I never, ever had an idea that I was watched, but they knew all, with who and where. I am lucky that I am still free.
